Research and Development Collaboration. - The University shall be engaged as a research partner of partner industries and business entities from project conceptualization to technology prototyping. The University shall receive royalty from the industry participants in the event that the technology is commercialized in accordance with the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) provisions. The University may allocate funds to support joint collaborative research with partner industries as well as to support basic academic research.
