Board Secretary. - The Board shall appoint a Board Secretary, who shall likewise act as the University Secretary, to be appointed by the Board upon the recommendation of the University President.
The Board Secretary shall keep all official records of the University and send the notices of all regular meetings, special sessions and other undertakings of the Board.
