Administrative Council. - There shall be created in the University an Administrative Council (ADCO) which shall be composed of the President as Chairperson and, with its chancellors, vice president(s), deans, directors, and other officials of equal rank, as members. The President of the University, as Chairperson thereof, shall constitute the ADCO.
