Academic Freedom and Institutional Autonomy. - The University shall enjoy academic freedom and institutional autonomy as provided for in Batas Pambansa Big. 232, otherwise known as the "Education Act of 1982", Republic Act No. 8292, and paragraph 2, Section 5, Article XTV of the 1987 Constitution.
