General Mandate. - The USTSP, hereinafter referred to as the University, shall provide advance education, higher technological, professional and advance instruction in mathematics, science, technology, engineering, agriculture, and advance research and extension work in human resource development in critical science and technology skills and competencies required for global competitiveness.
