Annual Report. - On or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the second (2nd) month after the opening of regular classes each year, the President of the University shall file with the Office of the President of the Philippines, through the Office of the CHED Chairperson or the CHED Commissioner serving as Chairperson of the Board, and with the Senate and House of Representatives of the Congress of the Philippines, through the Senate Committee on Education, Arts and Culture and the House Committee on Higher and Technical Education, a detailed report on the progress, condition and needs of the University.
