Communication Arm. - The Philippine Information Agency (PIA) and the Presidential Communications Development and Strategic Planning Office (PCDSPO) are hereby mandated to allot airtime for programs, and produce and disseminate printed and online materials for economic and financial literacy awareness and enhancement.
