Public Safety Warning. - The DICT and the telecommunications companies shall ensure that facilities, such as rela y stations, repeaters, boosters, and telecommunication towers shall, where warranted, bear appropriate warning signage when close and constant contact with such facilities may be harmful or hazardous.
