Implementing Rules and Regulations. - Within three (3) months from the start of the effectivity of this Act, the NIA, in consultation with concerned government agencies, farmers, IAs, farmer cooperatives, and other stakeholders, shall promulgate the implementing rules and regulations of this Act.
