Capacity Building, Reorientation, and Training. - In close coordination with mental health facilities, academic institutions, and other stakeholders, mental health professionals, workers, and other service providers shall undergo capacity building, reorientation, and training to develop their ability to deliver evidence-based, gender-sensitive, culturally appropriate and human rights-oriented mental health services, with emphasis on the community and public health aspects of metal health.
