Appropriations. - The amount necessary to carry out the initial implementation of this Act shall be sourced from the current appropriations of the NGAs. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the continuous implementation of this Act shall be included in the annual GAA under the respective budgets of the NGAs.
