Creation of a National Information System. - The NNC shall harmonize all existing national and local nutrition dataabases from NGAs, LGUs and other relevant agencies of government in order to identify individuals, groups, and/or localities that have the highest magnitude of hunger and undernutrition. This system shall henceforth be utilized in monitoring the health and nutrition of all Filipino children, especially those covered by the Program.
