Reportorial Requirements. - The NEA shall take the necessary measures to ensure that the provisions of this Act are properly implemented and submit quarterly reports on the implementation of the program and the utilization of the ECERF to the Department of Energy, the JCPC, and the Office of the President of the Republic of the Philippines.
