Implementing Rules and Regulations. - To implement the provisions of this Act, the Board shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board shall, subject to the approval of the PRC, promulgate the rules and regulations and the Code of Ethics for food technologists within thirty (30) days after the effectivity of this Act.
