Creation of the Professional Regulatory Board of Food Technology. - There hereby created a Professional Regulatory Board of Food Technology, hereinafter called the Board, under the administrative supervision of the PRC. The Board shall be appointed by the President of the Republic of the Philippines from a list submitted by the PRC of three (3) nominees for each position from a list of five (5) nominees for each position from a list of five (5) nominees for each position, chosen and ranked by the Integrated and accredited professional organization (APO) of food technologists. The Board shall be organized not later than six (6) months after the effectivity of this Act.
