Implementing Rules and Regulations. (IRR). - The Commission on Higher Education (CHED), together with the Department of Education (DepED), Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), AFP, PNP, and National Youth Commission (NYC), shall promulgate the IRR within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act."
