Qualifications. - No person shall be a member of the Parliament unless the person is a citizen of the Philippines, at least twenty-five (25) years of age on the day of the election, able to read and write, and registered voter in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region.
A candidate for youth representative shall be less than eighteen (18) years and are not more than thirty (30) years of ageat the rime of election.
A candidate for district representative must be a registered voter of the district in which the person is a candidate, and has resided in the district for at least one (1) year immediately preceding the day of the election.
