Prohibition Against Conflict of Interest. - The Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minster, members of the Cabinet, the members of the Parliament, during their term, shall not engage, directly or indirectly, in any business or commercial enterprise in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region where there may be a conflict of interest in the exercise of their functions.
