Reenacted Budget. - If, by the end of a fiscal year, the Parliament shall have failed to pass the Bangsamoro appropriations bill for the ensuing fiscal year shall be deemed reenacted and shall remain in force and effect until a new Bangsamoro appropriations bill is passed by the Parliament.
Only the annual appropriations for salaries and wages of existing positions, statutory and contractual obligations, and operating expenses authorized in the annual budget of the preceding year shall be deemed reenacted and the disbursement of funds shall be in accordance therewith.
