Applicability to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs). - Specific to MSEs, the DOLE shall develop OSH core compliance standards to ensure safe and healthy workplaces. All MSEs shall be required to implement the prescribed standards for housekeeping, materials handling and storage, electrical and mechanical safety and PPE, and to monitor hazards regularly.
