Legislative Districts. - The Province of Aklan is hereby reapportioned into two (2) legislative districts to commence in the next national and local elections after the effectivity of this Act. Each district shall be composed of the following:
(a) FIRST LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT:
(1) Altavas
(2) Balete
(3) Banga
(4) Batan
(5) Kalibo
(6) New Washington
(7) Libacao
(8) Madalag
(b) SECOND LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT:
(1) Buruanga
(2) Ibajay
(3) Lezo
(4) Makato
(5) Malay
(6) Malinao
(7) Nabas
(8) Numancia
(9) Tangalan
