Republic Act No. 3138, establishing the Southern Isabela Emergency Hospital, and Republic Act No. 8338, upgrading it to Southern Isabela General Hospital, are hereby repealed. All other laws, decrees, orders, issuances, rules and regulations and parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.
