The Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center Extension Hospital in the Municipality of Talavera, Province of Nueva Ecija, is hereby upgraded into a Level II Hospital to be now known as the Talavera General Hospital.
The authorized bed capacity of the Talavera General Hospital is hereby increased from fifty (50) to one hundred (100) beds.
The Secretary of the Department of Health (DOH) shall implement the increase in bed capacity of the Talavera General Hospital within a period of five (5) years from the approval of this Act.
