Section 1 of Republic Act No. 7553 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. May 15 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the Province of Surigao del Norte, to be known as Adlaw Nan Probinsya Nan Surigao del Norte."
