Scope. The provincial government of South Cotabato shall provide funding for the establishment of the SOCCSKARGEN General Hospital in the Municipality of Surallah, Province of South Cotabato. The Secretary of Health shall immediately include in the Departments programs the implementation of this Act, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
