Republic Act No. 8561, upgrading the Bataan Provincial Hospital, is hereby repealed. All other laws, decrees, orders, issuances, rules and regulations, and parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.
