Responsibilities of the Operator of the Designated Payment System. The operator of the designated payment system shall be primarily responsible for the maintenance and operation of a safe, efficient and reliable payment system in accordance with rules and regulations. This includes the development of a process, which shall be subject to Bangko Sentral review, for the selection, monitoring and self-regulation.
