Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). - Within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act, the DOH shall, in coordination with the NNC Governing Board, and in consultation with stakeholders in the public and private sectors, promulgate the IRR necessary for the effective implementation of this Act.
