Establishment. - There is hereby established a state college in the Municipality of Surallah, Province of South Cotabato, to be known as the South Cotabato State College, hereinafter referred to as the College, and integrating therewith the Surallah National Agricultural School (SUNAS) located in the Municipality of Surallah, Province of South Cotabato. Its main campus shall be located in the same municipality.
