Renewal of Franchise. - The term of the franchise granted under Republic Act No. 7372 is hereby renewed for another twenty-five (25) years from the date of its expiration. This franchise shall be deemed ipso facto revoked in the event the grantee falls to operate continuously for two (2) years.
