Care and Support for Persons Living with HIV. - The DSWD, in coordination with the DOH, shall develop care and support programs for PLHIV, which shall include peer-led counseling and support, social protection, welfare assistance, and mechanisms for case management. These programs shall include care and support for the affected children, families, partners, and support groups of PLHIV.
