Non-discriminatory HIV and AIDS Services. - The members of the PNAC, in cooperation with the CSOs, and in collaboration with DOJ and CHR, shall ensure the delivery of non-discriminatory HIV and AIDS services by government and private HIV and AIDS service providers.
