Republic Act No. 7164, entitled "An Act Increasing the Bed Capacity of the Naval General Hospital in the Municipality of Naval, Subprovince of Biliran, Leyte, From Twenty-Five (25) to Fifty (50) Beds, and Appropriating Funds Therefor" and Republic Act No. 3875, entitled "An Act Converting Naval Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Leyte, Into a General Hospital to be Known as Naval General Hospital, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor" are hereby repealed. All laws decrees, ordinances, rules and regulations, executive or administrative orders, and other presidential issuances inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.
