Curricular Offerings. - The University shall offer undergraduate and graduate courses in the fields of arts and sciences, teacher education m agriculture, industrial technology and engineering, information technology, business management and accountancy, medical education, legal education, tourism and hospitality management, maritime education, criminology, as well as technical-vocational programs and nontraditional courses within its areas of specialization and according to its capabilities as the Board of Regents may deem necessary to carry out its objectives, particularly in meeting the needs of Province of Masbate, Region V.
The University may operate reasonably-sized laboratory school under its college of education.
