Section 1 of the Republic Act No. 9203 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 1. August 30 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the Municipality of Catarman, Province of Camiguin, to commemorate its foundation day anniversary, to be known as 'Catarman Day'."
