Curricular Offerings. - The University shall offer advance and graduate studies, undergraduate and diploma programs and short-term technical programs within the purview of its area of specialization as its Board of Regents may deem necessary to carry out its objectives in order to meet the needs of its service area and the demand for global competitiveness.
The University may operate a reasonably-sized laboratory school under its College of Education.
