Development Plan, Organizational Structure. - Within the period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the approval of this Act, and the aproval of its implementing rules and regulations, the School shall accomplish the following:
(a) Submit a five (5)-year development plan, including its corresponding program budget to the DepEd, for corresponding recommendation to the DBM; and
(b) Set up its organizational, administrative, as well as academic structure, including the appointment of the School officials, subject to the qualifications set forth in this Act.
