Creation of the Bataan High School for the Arts. - There is hereby created a high school for the arts in the Province of Bataan to be known as the "Bataan High School for the Arts", hereafter referred to as the "School".
The School shall be administered and supervised by the Department of Education (DepEd), in coordination with National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) and the cultural center of the Philippines (CCP).
