Gabaldon School Buildings as Cultural Properties. - All Gabaldon school buildings shall be recognized as built heritage and therefore be included as part of cultural properties under Republic Act No. 10066 or the National Cultural Heriotage Act of 2009. However, notwithstanding the provisions of this Act as well as the provisions of Republic Act No. 10066, no public school teacher shall be held liable for acts committed to cause or effect emergency repairs on such structures.
