Conversion. - The Kabasalan Institute of Technology in the Municipality of Kabasalan, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay is hereby converted into a polytechnic institute to be known as the Zamboanga Sibugay Polytechnic Institute (ZSPI), hereinafter referred to as the Institute, under the supervision and administration of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
