Appropriations. - The amount needed to initially implement the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the current years appropriations of the Kabasalan Institute of Technology. Thereafter, such amount as may be necessary for the operation of the Zamboanga Sibugay Polytechnic Institute shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
