Reconstitution of the HLURB as the Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC). - The HLURB is hereby reconstituted and shall henceforth be known as the Human Settlements Adjudication Commission, hereinafter referred to as the "Commission".
The adjudicatory function of the HLURB is hereby transferred to the Commission and shall be attached to the Department for policy, planning and program coordination only.
