Appeals. - Decisions, awards or orders of the Regional Adjudicators shall be final and executory unless appealed to the Commission within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of such decisions, awards or orders.
The decision of the Commission upon any disputed matter may be brought upon to the Court of Appeals in accordance with Rule 43 of the Rules of Court.
