Transfer of Assets and Obligations. - The following dispositive actions shall be implemented within six (6) months from the effectivity of this Act:
(a) The assets, equipment, funds, records, and pertinent transactions of HUDCC and HLURB shall be transferred to the Department and the Commission; and
(b) The Department and the Commission shall cause the creation of additional positions and augment their budget appropriations, as may be necessary.1wphi1
