Implementing Rules and Regulations. - Within forty-five (45) days from effectivity of this Act, the DA, NEDA and DBM shall, in coordination with DAR. DENR, NIA. LRA, PCIC. PHilMech, PhilRice, TESDA, LBP, DBP, ATI, and other government agencies concerned and after consultation with directly affected stakeholders, promulgate the rules and regulations to effectively implement the provisions of this Act.
