Implementing Rules and Regulations. - Within ninety (90) days from the approval of this Act, the DepED shall, in consultation with the PRC, CHED, TESDA, DOLE, DTI, and NEDA, promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
