Section 1 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 298 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 1. There shall be established a school of fisheries in the Municipality of Lupon, Province of Davao Oriental, to be known as the Davao Oriental Polytechnic Institute."
