Disposition of Proceeds from the Tax Amnesty. - An amount equivalent to Five hundred million pesos (₱500,000,000) of the collection from the tax amnesty herein granted shall accrue to the Department of Finance and shall be used exclusively for purposes of establishing tax database under Section 22 of this Act.
Any excess shall be allocated to augment the appropriations needed for the social mitigating measures and the Build Build Build infrastructure projects as provided under Section 82 of Republic Act No. 10963, otherwise known as the "Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN)" Act.
