Recording and Reporting of Cancer Cases. - Adult and childhood cancer are considered as a notifiable disease in all levels of the health care system. Any hospital or clinic which diagnosed a patient with cancer shall report the same to the DOH. The DOH shall provide the form and manner of reporting of cancer cases.
