Implementing Rules and Regulations. - Within ninety (90) days from the approval of this Act, the Secretary of Health, in consultation with the Philippine Society of Medical Oncologist, Philippine Society of Oncology, Cancer Coalition Philippines and other concerned stakeholders, shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
